Our 2023 stewardship campaign will kick off on Wednesday, October 26 and run through Dedication Sunday on November 13. This is an exciting time to give thanks to God for all that we have been given and to consider how we might share a portion of those gifts with our community. Resources for this campaign are linked below.

Stewardship Movie (15 minutes)
For more information, you are invited to meet with members of the task force after worship at 11:00 a.m. on October 30 in the choir room, on November 6 in the parlor, or on November 13 in the parlor. You are also welcome to speak with a pastor.
Thank you for your generosity and faithfulness as we continue to grow in community together!
Policies & Forms
These are a few policies and forms that have been approved by the session. This list is not meant to be exhaustive, but is intended to furnish you with the most common policies and forms that you may need. The Wedding Policy is only available to people who have had a conversation with one of the pastors. We welcome wedding applications from members and non-members who are active in the congregation and wish to be supported by this congregation as they begin their journey of marriage. Please contact the church office for more information.
Child, Youth, & Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy
As people who seek to follow Jesus’ commandment to “let the children come to me” (Matt. 19:14), the congregation of Covenant Presbyterian Church takes seriously the importance of providing a safe and nurturing environment for members of all ages. The Child, Youth, and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy intends to protect the children and youth in our church community, the adult volunteers and employees who work with them, and the church itself.
The policy establishes standards and procedures for:
-
Supervision of and interaction with children and youth
-
Volunteer and staff screening and training
-
Reporting and responding to suspicious or inappropriate activity
If you have questions about the policy, please contact the Rev. Katelyn Gordon Cooke.
Print & Online Photo Use Policy
For playground parties and other gatherings, please fill out the facilities use form above.
Including photos on our website and other church publications of people and events at Covenant Presbyterian Church is a privilege for us, and we intend to respect and honor it. Therefore:
-
Photos are almost always of people in public spaces, and/or at public events.
-
We will not knowingly post anything that would be embarrassing, objectionable or hurtful to anyone in the photo.
-
We do not identify children or youth by name in the photos we print or post online. Adults may occasionally be identified only if prior permission is given.
-
We will keep a database of names for those who request pictures of them or their children not be used and will strive to honor each request.
-
If copyright for a photo is held by someone other than Covenant Presbyterian Church, we will receive permission to post it and gladly provide credit if desired by the photographer.
-
We will respectfully remove any photo upon request. If you see a photo that includes you or your child and would like it removed from the site, please call the church office with the details.
We ask for your respect in return. Unless otherwise indicated, photographs throughout this website are the property of and are copyrighted by Covenant Presbyterian Church and may not be used for any purpose (including but not limited to: downloading, printing, distributing, linking) without expressed permission from Covenant Presbyterian Church.
Pandemic Guidelines
The Open the Gates Task Force was created by the Session of Covenant Presbyterian Church on May 5, 2020 to make recommendations about how to reopen the property to in-person gatherings in a safe and responsible way. These stage 7 guidelines are intended to replace all previous guidelines effective August 2, 2022.
GENERAL PROVISIONS

Anyone who enters the building may wear a mask, but masks are not required.

The Open the Gates Task Force will continue to monitor pandemic guidance and make recommendations as needed.
Some of us may continue to wear masks for health and comfort. Please be respectful of the choices each person makes. Remember that within every congregation, there are people who are not eligible for the vaccine, who are immunocompromised, or are going through treatment for cancer and other illnesses. Put simply: love one another.
